Ad Targeting

TubeMogul offers a technology platform for multi-site video advertising. The platform is designed to value and place bids on individual ad impressions, across major inventory suppliers, exchanges, and direct sites. We provide ad delivery and reporting for clients.

TubeMogul may use information about you that we collect through the viewing of videos uploaded via TubeMogul or via our partner's sites to deliver targeted video ads on the websites of third parties. We do not share this information with third parties.

We use cookies (described more fully below) to facilitate the use of this information while you are online. In order to appropriately safeguard the information in them, as described above, these cookies are encrypted.

We retain the non-personally identifiable information collected via our technology for up to one year. After one year, we discard the information. All data is encrypted and stored on our servers in the United States.

Email and Spam

You may not use our communication tools to send spam. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community (via Refer a Friend or other tool), we do not permanently store that email or use that email address for any marketing purposes. We do not rent or sell these email addresses.

Marketing

Again, we will never sell, rent or disclose your personally identifiable information (i.e., name, email and mailing address) to any third parties without your explicit consent. We may, but are not obliged to, occasionally send you strictly service or feature-related enhancement announcements.
